Establishment of the Diversity Summit series, which strengthened the organization's innovative strength and created the basis for the transformational agent community. This community was equipped with design thinking and agile tools and could be accelerated in real projects through the use of innovation tools. Co-pace's brand presence was also strengthened through videos, the website presence and accompanying team sessions. In addition, innovation teams and their projects were continuously supported — from idea development to prototyping and market tests.
